Two male German Shepherd‘s in the board and train program.
They stayed with Erinn, an amazing trainer, in her home. Both of our dogs are rescues and, although very sweet, they had some pretty obnoxious “quirks.” dragging us down the street when walking, aggressive barking at other dogs, nervous barking at other people, no desire to listen to commands, and virtually no manners. The dogs were with Erinn for two weeks (plus an extra 10 days for boarding because we went on vacation). When we picked them back up they were completely different dogs in terms of behavior. They heeled on command, sit, stay, no barking at other people or dogs, and are so much more calm out in public. They also can heal and walk in public without a leash now. I am not sure how she does it but Erinn works miracles on her dogs. We can now go for outings with our dogs like normal people without fear of embarrassment or any issues….”

“I was nervous about trusting someone with my dog for two weeks.
I was nervous that training might not be enough to help with problematic behaviors that my pup had picked up long before she came to me. Erin proved me wrong on both counts! She was patient and understanding of my concerns from the get go. She treated my dog, Hippo, with as much care as I would have. Although I couldn’t see my dog for two weeks Erin was working with her, Erin sent me pictures, videos and regular updates on the progress she was making. Then, when Hippo came home it was a complete transformation, but without losing her amazing unique personality. She was finally able to calmly follow commands (which Erin taught me how to use) and at the same time able to still be her adorable doggy-self. Getting a professional trainer was the best decision I’ve made since bringing my pup home and I can’t recommend Erin enough!”

I met Erin when I went to drop off a friends dog. My friend’s dog is very particular about who watches her. Immediately, in just how Erin and her husband greeted the dog and how quickly the dog took to them I knew she was in great hands. When I got a puppy a week after, I immediately contacted Erin for help with training. I have a 10 week golden doodle that just took to her training like a charm. Her expertise, patience and ability to work with the puppy and simultaneously explain what I need to do, what I should look for etc. is absolutely priceless. My pup is already booked for more training, and some overnight boarding. I have all the faith and trust in Red River K9, and look forward to booking with them
